A salesperson is responsible for selling our Skynet Network international express delivery service, and other freight forwarding cargo products. He/she must start with prospecting, then follow up with an interview and a negotiation in order to conclude a contract; it is a front office job. He/she may often be required to travel and make face-to-face customer appointments.

The missions of a salesperson of this job are to :

  • finding new customers who are regularly shipping small and medium shipments for express delivery service and larger shipment for cargo movemen: Indeed, prospecting remains his main task;
  • communicate with targeted customers to provide them with information about the service or product;
  • sell the service or product. This includes: negotiating prices, drawing up contracts and taking orders;
  • to accompany customers after signing the contract agreement on shipping their goods process from end to end;
  • retain existing customers in order to expand the customer base and renew business agreements;
  • manage the administrative part when he does not have an attaché or assistant with him.

Requirement :

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • At least 1 years experience in a direct sales role of international express delivery service
  • Previous experience dealing with customers is an advantage
  • Required Skill(s): negotiation, selling, analytical
  • Own freehand express or cargo shipments customers
